About Bill
International Coach Federation-certified Bill Gardner has more than 40 years experience in coaching private, public, agency, government, and nonprofit leaders and executives, and in developing expert technical witnesses. His expertise in internal leadership and organizational development creatively addresses issues, leading to improved team functioning, and strengthened organizations — in banking, higher education, energy and utility corporations, and semiconductor design and manufacturing.
A Forbes contributor since 2017, Bill is a thought-leader in leadership cognition and has published articles in Forbes and Human Capital Institute. He is a member of the Forbes Coaches Council, a certified coach for the Center for Creative Leadership, and a member of the advisory committee for St Edward’s University’s Doctor of Education in Leadership and Higher Education program. In 2021, he accepted a position as key contributor to “Monthly Dialogue” for the Geneva Learning Foundation.
Bill has been recognized by St. George’s House in Windsor Castle, by the University of Southern Mississippi for excellence in teaching, and by the American Society for Training & Development; and was awarded Author of Merit by Advanced Micro Devices.
